Check out weather.com, I think they have a way to do it. Or check hotscripts.com:)

I was going to suggest exactly that.
Let me know if you have problems, I know someone who did something just like this and I could dig up a link or something if you need it.

On weather.com you can also just link to one of their images (made for this purpose) this way you can have a nice picture on your siet with the current weatehr conditions.
