Can anyone steer me toward a free weather widget to display local(uk) weather on my website and it needs to be scalable so that it will fit within certain peramiters of the layout.

Looks like if you can find some app that will integrate any XML data, you can pull in an XML feed and customize it completely to the look of your site.
