Viewing updates to a web page

Hi,

I am in a situation where everytime I want to see my changes made to an XSLT file I have to keep restarting IIS. It can be something simple like changing the words in the title (using HTML) but refreshing the page (F5) will not display the changes in the code. This is not the case for plain HTML files but it seems to be caching my XSLT ones??

I am using IIS 5.1 and my web site consists of ASP, HTML, XLST and XML files (no .NET used). I know this is possible but

I have looked at every configuration possible in IIS and nothing seems to work.

Any help would be appreciated.
