Using image hotlinking to your advantage?
I want to know if it's possible, in cases of someone stealing my images and bandwidth, to use htaccess to not replace the image, but just add a small link back to my site underneath the image being stolen?
That way I get a link back to help my page rank a little bit which may be worth a little bandwidth.
And what would the htaccess code look like if someone knows please.

I don't know what the code is but, I know you can set it so if someone hotlinks an image, you can replace it with another image.

I think that it would be great to be able to do this.
The other thing that you could do to make it to your advantage is...
For Example:
A high traffic website has Hot Linked one of your images... Change the image to a image with your Site name and Web Address.
This... Should then draw some website traffic to your site
