Traffic Exchange Network idea

I am considering creating the Traffic Exchange Network, which will contain the following features. I would greatly appreciate your opinions.

1. You won’t have to modify your home page. No popups required. You may place Link Placeholders on any webpage.
2. The Traffic Exchange Network will replace your Link Placeholders with actual links from other Members.
3. Each click will be checked for integrity, and IP addresses must be unique (per-site, per-day) to receive credit.
4. Each time a Member’s link is clicked on your site, your banner will be displayed on another Member’s site, until you receive the same number of honest clicks that you have provided.
5. You may view your statistics from a Traffic Exchange Administration website.

1. Does any other product currently provide these features?
2. How much would you be willing to pay per month for this service?
3. How would you suggest that I market this service? Do you think it would “sell itself”?
4. Would you use a free beta version of the Traffic Exchange Network; in exchange for your suggestions, advice, and endorsement?
