Hi everyone!

Is there a quick little cms that uses 'tags' in the code so that my users can use a nice little GUI. Please help guys!

I copied and pasted that from the Drupal article settings page. Is it what you're looking for? You can also enable PHP Code and Full HTML for your users, although both these options might give them a little too much power. :)
