Still Need Help With Audio

Tried Audacity ANd Right Click Converter
I Still Have Audio that take a month and a year to load

I have Yahoo Webhosting and Insert Audio file
Loading Publishing Take Forever also

I need to Know What Two free Software I can use
I use the Micrsoft Audio recorder saved the file
used right click converter convert wav to mp3

but when i place the mouse over the file it still says wav

I Really would like to add audio to all the products but don't want the
page take forever to load

if someone with broadband or dsl could goto the about us page and
tell me if the audio loads fast in bb and dsl i would also appreciate that
