You want to know what sites are linking to you? One option is to set up a Google Webmaster's account. In there you'll be able to find the links pointing to your site. You can also go to yahoo and type in linkdomain:http://www.yoursite.com. Google has a similar command (link:http://www.yoursite.com) but it doesn't show a complete list of links, just a selection.
