I wasn't able to find anything through my searches, sorry. With all due respect, are you using these top sites thing for promotion of your site? There are much better ways to do this, I assure you.

yea, i use to get 500-1000 hits from a top site to my old site once. what other ways are there?

You'll find some good stuff at http://www.promotionbase.com. True, top sites may work in bringing in noticeable traffic, but unless you are running a personal site, they put a dent into your image and view of the visitor. How many profitable business pages use top sites?
