Seeking interactive Calender/Scheduler for work site

Hi
I am putting together our site at work and am looking for a calender or scheduler that I can add to the site so that staff can add details of meetings etc. Basically it needs to be interactive.
If anyone can recommend something suitable it would be much appreciated, also if anyone can suggest other useful add-ons for a work site that would be great.

I am not sure if you have visited hotscripts.com or cgi.resourceindex.com. You can find a lot of calendars there.

Here is a real good one they will install it and customize it to look the same color as your web site.
