Folks, stay away from this domain registrar:
http://www.directdomainreg.com

Can't change the nameservers or manage any aspect of the domain. Dead links (404 pages) when you try and click "support", "contact" or just about anything else for that matter. No real contact phone number, no valid WHOIS info, nothing.

I learned my lesson; pay a couple bucks more and stick with the "BIGS" like GoDaddy, NameCheap, Regfly, etc.
