Question on background image in Dreamweaver

Is there any way to keep dreamweaver from overlapping the background image, so it will only show it once? I have a decent background going but it onced to repeat. I want it to stop. can ya help?

You need to set up a style sheet for this. Click on :

Text > CSS Styles > New Style > Redefine HTML Tag - Body (either this document only or create an external style sheet) > OK > Category = Background - Browse & find your background image - Repeat = no-repeat - Attachment = fixed - Use the horizontal & vertical to fix the positioning of the image.

Note : this will only show up correctly when viewing the page in a browser, don't worry about where the image is in the design view of DW.
