Putting a game exe file on my website for downloading
I have a few webpages posted and up and going. But I would like to know the html coding to use to put a downloadable exe file for a game on one or two of my sites like the geocities.com/mycomputerguy80651.
I just can't seem to find this info in my current books. Can anyone lend me a hand! It would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi dahmom,
It's the same syntax you'd use for regular links:
Click here to download this file
Good luck,

you might also want to consider zipping the files to make the download time shorter.

I would suggest you make it a self extracting zip file, that way any user doesn;t necersarily have to have winzip installed. By making it a self extracting file you still end up with the .exe extension though...
