Please Help! CSS Issue

I have a javascript ~~horizontal drop down menu~~ and a ~~scrolling div~~ beneath it on a site I am currently working on. They both render well in IE, but in Mozilla, the drop downs in the menu flicker and vanish when one points to them. Please take a look at http://www.hcii.us/information/information_resource_center.php IN MOZILLA BROWSER and see whats happening.

I feel it is a problem with the Drop down menu DIV and the scrolling div ~~positioning~~????. Your advise is MOST appreciated!
