PHP Discussion Forum
Yes,
I am looking for a PHP/MySQL based discussion forum BUT there is one important feature it shoud have.
Registeration should be turned off - which means anyone can leave a message with their e-mail id and name.. thats it .. No need to be registered.
Of course, Admin control should be there which allows me to decide which posts can be kept online and which need to be deleted..
A program where Membership at a later stage can be turned ON ..would be a real nice thing.
All suggestions welcome.
thank You,

Does it need to be free?
Do you require an email addy to post?
I believe vBulletin allows guests to post, but doesn't require an email addy to do so.

If there is no answer on Google, then there is no question.

Yes, you can definitely customize vB to not require registration.

$160 for life-time license, includes one-year of updates.
$85 for one-year lease, one year of updates. Must buy a license or renew lease to run your vB after the one-year with this plan.
