PHP coder needed!

Hey guys, I am an owner of trafficsurfer.net ... The coder I had there was doing a fine job, until he just stopped, and now I havnt been able to contact him. He has been ignoring me. I want the site done, but obviously without a coder its impossible. After waiting patiently for over a month, i have decided to take action and look for a PHP coder to finish up his job. He got most of it done, but some stuff was left unfinished. Here is a list of what there is still to be done.

1. The admin panel needs to be finished (It is about 2/3 the way done)

2. We need a report system built so that people can report illegal sites when surfing.

3. We need a framebreaker checker/popup checker for each site submitted/added.

4. Option to allocate credits to each site (currently it only allows one site and all the account credits automatically go to it
i need a way so they have to allocate credits, that way people who want to save credits can).

5. Option to add more then one site.

6. We need the preregistering system to be tweaked a bit into a registering system.

If you all are wondering what the site is...Well, it is similar to ts25.com All you do is surf other peoples websites (Using a script that our coder has already made) And for surfing those sites you earn credits. With the credits you get to use them on getting people to your website.
