Greetings... I want to have a list of stuff at the top of a page. Then have list to be links to be articles futher down the page and the links to straight to the article Can you help me ?
Permalinks refer to links in blogs that make it easy for people to link to posts once they are archived.
I'm not quite sure from your explanation exactly what you want to do. Are you wanting to jump further down the page to something?
If this is the case:
1) First you need to place 'targets' near where you want to jump to in the page. Say you have a paragraph titled 'Whatever'...you'd place this near there:
2) Now you want to jump to there from the top of the page, so you need to link to that targert like this:
