Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me. I am looking to buy a SEO service for $500 from someone who lives in Romania. I wanted to pay via PayPal for this service. However, PayPal doesnt accept Romanian citizens. This person has suggested that I deposit the funds to their bank accounts, but I dont feel happy doing this. I was wondering if anyone knows of a similar service to PayPal that allows Romanian citizens to signup, and also accepts funds from PayPal.

Many Thanks,
Tom

You want to buy a SEO service?

Hon, there is a GOOD REASON why Romania is on the blacklist. It's a high scam zone.

$500 bucks for SEO! I would be very cautious if I were you. SEO is not easily tracked either so it may take months for you to see results and by then they could be gone with your money. I would recommend finding a reputable company that has a good track record. I also would look into PPC like google adwords and overture. You can also do a lot yourself. What is your site?

Also ask for a portfolio of SEOed sites...

He may open account with Regsoft.com. This is US based merchant provider. I use them. You can pay through Regsoft. If everithink is OK he will get his money. If not you can ask for money back. You may also ask him to use 2checkout.com

Sounds dodgy to me, why do you have to go to Romania for the service?
