Opera Issue

Ladies (Megan) and Gentlemen,
I was in my Digital Design class last night and I was testing bja888.com on their macs. I noticed something in the mac internet explorer, I remember coming across this issue in opera when working on my schools website. So I tested it and opera still has that issue.
I-Frames are always on top. This is a major proublem if you want to mix dynamic content and moveing layers. Because of this one issue I would not recoomend Opera. It is only one issue but it limits the functionality of a web page.
