Name and/or community

I have been up all night (its now 3:26 am and I have a final at 10:00) trying to get my design inspiration working again. After getting pissed off at launchcast I had am idea to create a community for designers. Where main-stream media didn’t exist and independence (and design) where promoted. So I sat down for the past 4 hours and tested image formats and their effects on all the browsers. I have created a template that is something I can be proud of.

Now here is my questions...
1) Would it be a wasted effort to start working on an asp framework?
2) What should I name it?

I was thinking about Digital Underground but that has been already taken and is being used in many places. So then I was thinking The New Media Underground but that sounds weird.
Any suggestions?

"pixel underground" would be good, but then again you wouldnt want a name of a site coming from me dont you?
