Myspace resource site - legal issues?
I am planning to launch a myspace resource site.
A)
Can putting myspace in the URL become a legal issue?
We don't want trouble if the site becomes popular.
B)
If we do not put myspace in the URL, but put all types of myspace resources (backgrounds, layouts, etc) in the site, is there any chance that myspace can create any issue?
Thank you

I've heard that they have had some issues with similar sites but I'm not exactly sure what happened there.
Sorry I can't be of more help

Logically, there shouldn't be a problem. People who come to your site have to use the stuff on MySpace, which drives traffic back to MySpace. There's no stealing of traffic at all because you offer a differnt service, like Apple Computers versus Apple Music.
But that's assuming the MySpace people think like a normal human being.

The myspace lawyers have been fairly busy of late with people using their trademarked term in their URL.

So I guess the best option should be 'B'.
It shouldn't create any issues.
Please correct if I am wrong
