Started at 30kb/s, went down to 18kb/s within a few seconds, then went back to 30kb/s within a few seconds. Than slowly crept up to between 49kb/s and 64kb/s over about 40 seconds.
Lingered between 58kb/s and 64kb/s for about 30 seconds, occasionally went down to 49kb/s.
Then after a minute went just over 100kb/s.
Then for the duration it went anywhere between 60kb/s and 100kb/s.
Didn't see it go much more than 100kb/s ever.
Total download time was about 2 minutes.
(Although I might have been happier if after all that I got Led Zep, rather than Alanis Morissette
)

you don't have any proper name of your sites why u r using IP address its difficult to remember and when i am clicking the link noting is opening except a blank page so i didn't get what you want to show us and what feedback do u want from us when your site is not opening, please check the url again and resubmit it.

It was from three weeks ago, so I'm taking an educated guess that they set that up as a "test" and now as three weeks have passed it has been removed.
As for it being to an IP and not a domain, it was a test they were running, it really doesn't matter.
