MP3 radio show

Is this possible and how?

I have a small music label website that has a collection of mp3's on the server.

When a visitor comes to the site (home page), I want a button perhaps called 'RADIO ON'.

When the user clicks this - they will begin to hear audio (rather like radio station sites).

I do not want any players to pop up like RealAudio streaming.

The audio that they hear will already stored on the server (not live).

As I already have these individual mp3 tracks on the server is it possible to have a piece of software randomly select these mp3 files and play them or must I make one big mp3 with the tracks I want played rather like a show?

It would be much better thought if some software could randomly play each mp3 so that everytime I add a new mp3 it can be added to the play list.

Obviously there would be some sort of streaming and the audio quality would be much lower than MP3.

Is this possible, any ideas/tips appreciated.

Cheers.

You have a couple of options:
Either use flash to play the music on your site, or stick it on the page using the tag. I believe the syntax for this tag is: I'm not sure about the options going along with it, but I think the above should accomplish what you're trying to do.

Hi there,

For audio storing and streaming, visit http://www.live365.com. They could have a solution you are just looking for!
