Membership software! How to choose?

Hi all,
does anyone please can give me some advice or tips on how to choose, or the best on the market of a membership software for an adult content website?
I know that I've to use a membership software besides with a paymente platform, and that theres not a lot that accept adult websites.

Can you please send me some advices.
