Managing Submitted Link Requests

Does anybody know of any tools that can assist with a high volume of link request submissions for a PHPLD directory site? Maybe a multilevel security add-in so that I can outsource the link review without giving admin login to my site? Or a tool that automates some of the review like an email verification script, or keyword review so that adult and gambling sites are auto rejected?

Did you know that you can assign editors to categories by creating new profiles?
Also did you know there is a ban words section where you can ban certain words, and reject automatically?
