Making a log in form

hi again. got another problem. This time its regarding formail ()

here, http://www.mvpcapper.com/v2/v2.shtml at the top im trying to make a login bit for current members to login and make their bets and so on..

currently i have the members go to http://www.mvpcapper.com/memberspicks/membersonly.shtml which has a box pop up and makes them login in from there but i noticed a affiliate site http://www.thesportsconsultants.com/ has a quick login (bottom left of the site) .

the source of the form login i have is

not a member? sign up below!

but that obviously doesn't work (i really suck at formail) does anyone have any idea or knows a site that can tell me this? Confused

EDIT Found out how to do it, can an admin close/delete this thread?
