I have a site where a couple people who use Mac have said they cannot view it. It is http://www.kitchencraftsnmore.net

Does anybody have any idea why?

You have javascript outside of the tags... probably not a very good idea IMO... don't know if it will stop it loading though. Your better off putting it somewhere between the tags...

W3C's validator finds a heck of a lot of errors. I've guessed HTML 4.01 Transitional there, but you'd be better of validating to XHTML 1.0 transitional. (Nearly) valid code is the best way to make a site widely compatible. Smiling

Btw, the errors may look daunting, but often many "errors" as they appear to the validator are really triggered by any one previous mistake. As the saying in my sig roughly translates, "correct one, and you fix a hundred". Wink

To be more specific, NOTHING can come before the other than a tag. That JavaScript needs to move, pronto.

Otherwise, it seems to be a happy mishmash of tag soup, which should be updated, and it doesn't fit into 800 wide, so you may be getting some users who can't see the content and assume the page is missing (only the ads show).

Get more details from your users on the Mac -- OS9? What browser? That will help troubleshoot.
