Looking for an Image Gallery Script

Looking for a good script that takes images that are in their own directory and generates an HTML based page. This page would be thumbnails of those images and be easily clickable to show the main image - on its own templated HTML page.

I have seen a few different scripts and tried some, but yet to find anything even remotely near what I would want it to work like. If anybody has any suggestions please feel post them here or contact me directly !

Cheers,
Shawn

Try PHPIX. It uses PHP and Imagemagik to generate thumbnails. You drop your pictures in a directory and it does the rest. I had to do quite a bit of editing to get it to my liking but Here is the altered version.

I don't know if this is what you are talking about or not, but...anyway...

Photoshop creates photo galleries automatically. Just go to File, Automate and pick web gallery...(ithink) then just follow the directions

I think I know exactly what you are talking about. Check out this page.

It offers a free "My Photo Album" Script.

I know i'm really late on this one but if your looking for one to use on your on PC then Iranview (freeware image viewer) is hard to beat (also makes a very quick default image, media, movie displayer), anyways, it makes thumbnails (am able to set size to suit), makes the html page with all links and all happens at a click of a button and its FREE Laughing out loud
