Looking for a good personnel directory/contacts

I'm trying to set up a contacts page for a business with a whole bunch of employees. They have a system in place with a database program called 4D, but it doesn't integrate online well.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a good piece of software that functions like this, showing employee names, numbers, pictures, etc. and could be easily edited anywhere, anytime.
