Looking for a good guestbook script with some very specific features

I've been looking around the net with Google and other resources for a Perl or PHP guestbook script that does not use SQL. The few I've found are missing some or all of these components which I find are going to be necessary for my website's guestbook. My PHP knowledge is only very rudimentary and so is my Perl. However, I do have a good text editor which I can edit the settings if need be before putting them on my Linux based website. So here's what I'd like to see in a guestbook, and wondered if anyone on this board has seen one that has all of these features:

1. Private or at least non-referred to listing of entries page. I don't want the entries to appear on the entry submission page, or the thank you page. The thank you page should only refer back to sign the guestbook again or go to the homepage of the website.

2. Word filtering for spam with easy to add on new words as
others are found to be used to spam the guestbook.

3. Customizable template where I can even affect the background image of the entire page.

4. No non-standard font tags, Javascript, Java, stylesheets. It should be have compatibility with HTML 1.0. In other words, there shouldn't be a browser on the planet that can't use it.
