Installing phpBB
I don't have any experience of this and it would be helpful if someone could guide me through how to install it. How do you install the latest version of this thing...I cannot understand the guide. Can someone please help!!!!
I would also like some help in installing a News script..one like Coranto or PHP nuke. Could someone suggest a good one and guide me through this as well???

About installing phpBB, it's very easy. All you have to do is create a MySQL database with a MySQL user that has access to that database (could be easily done in CPanel or such control panels). Then if you have downloaded the .zip file of phpBB to your computer, unpack it and upload it to an empty directory in your account (i.e. "forum"). Then you go to yourdomain.com/forum/ and enter the MySQL information and your username/password and click on install. It will then ask give you a file to upload to your account. Save this file as config.php and upload it to the same directory where you uploaded phpBB. If you still don't understand, send an email to [email protected] and I'll help you set it up.

The instructions are very simple and straight forward. If you follow them to the letter you shouldnt have any problems.
