info update thing (dunno what it called)
ok first question: what do you call it when the google n alexa, and people like them update their info. (like pr, traffic, prety much what you get on smartpagerank.com)?
second question: when they update it?

Normally you just call that updating. As far as I know, anyway. Or were you thinking of the term "crawl"?
It's hard to tell sometimes when those things get updated. I know Google's constant crawling the web and updating its archives. If you sign up for Google's webmaster tools for your site, I believe it tells you when they last updated.
Not sure on Alexa, though.

Yes, Google's Webmaster tools will tell you when your site was last crawled - even down to individual pages. Regarding PageRank - their internal system is upgraded constantly (or very frequently - not sure how that works in there). The toolbar PR that you see is only updated every 3-4 months. There was an update about a month ago.
