Immediately after your site launches...

Simple question. What do you do right after you launch a site for yourself/others? Is there a difference?

Personally, I tend to blog about it. Partially to help get it in the search engines.

Also, depending on the popularity of the site, I may immediately get emails with questions/corrections. If they're minor corrections, I do them immediately. If they're more major, I'll add them to a list of bigger modifications to be done over the first couple of months.
