Upload the image to the server, and you might want to remove the spaces from the name.
I'm sorry to hear that your website designer died (eep!) but I have moved your other posting to Marketplace where advertisements go. Hopefully someone will contact you if you are looking to hire someone in the meantime.
You might want to, um, not type in all caps, too. It comes across as shouting and tends to push people away, not encourage them to help.
