I need help...FAST!(PHP)

Here i am, 12 hours or so from due date and one of my pages in my history just doesn't work. Its a PHP page thats supposed to show a catalogue of stuff with the info stored on a mysql database. I check it over countless times, but I just cant find whats wrong. The source can be found at renaissancearms.er1.be/files/weaponscata.zip.

All goes fine when I upload the file, but when I try to view it, it gives me a white screen. When viewing the source code with firefox, it gives me a white page again

If you have a minute or two please check it over and tell me whats going on.
