Which languages have you tried? and what exactly do you want to do with this script?
What format are the videos in now? are you going to zip them for download or just allow download from it's orginal format (have to watch out for hotlinkers doing this way).

i want people to see the video's in stream formats and so far as i understand to stream a video it has to be rm or ra
the concept is creating a video site like big-boys.com ,yourdailymedia.com or spikedhumor.com
