First, highlight the portion you want to hyperlinked.
Then, on the toolbar, click the button with the world and the link.
You can then enter the URL in the box, there are also other options on the left side, like email, or a bookmark.

Thanks for the suggestion about Dreamweaver. I'm pretty new to page design, but I'm getting this program and looking forward to playing with it.

An even better suggestion - learn html or use Dreamweaver so you don't have to use Frontpage!
