Html Cleaner
How does a html cleaner actually work?
I know that Dreamweaver has a built in one. Is it any good?
Does anyone know of a good and free html-cleaner?
Nothing is so simple that it cannot be screwed up.

I think it has a library it pulls from checking the tags for non-standard use and then removes nested tags, basically puts the page back together with the least amount of tags it can.
I have had very good luck with DW for this purpose. Plus it can remove Word tags about 85 percent of them at least. Since it works for me I have not needed, nor know of any other "cleaner"
