Have you tried searching google, yahoo, etc? How about the ecommerce sites?
Google apparently has some 10 pages on eCRM:

i have tried all search engine and all the links describe about theory and not the implementation. .. i need information from the implementation perspective ...
I just dont figure our how to start for this big big project and i have very less time.. thats why i am empahsizing and was thinking to post this question to aother forums also..
Do you knwo any website which answers any question free .I once had the URL of such site wich answer your question and it was free. but now i have lost that URL....
i am trying to communicate with evry possible mean for this ... but there is no clue yet amd i m very worried about this
