Help me again please about meta tags
Please help me!!! I know now why my blog name appear in search results not my post title, it's because I put a meta tag <title>Wat's On The Web?<title>
below <head>
. I deleted it, and now I can see my post title appear on the search results. Try to google "search twitter and google at the same time" or "what cause poor pc performance" and you can see my blog on the first page which really makes me happy. And my post title also appears. The problem now is, the description that shows is the description of my blog not the description of the posts. I just deleted the meta description and i hope next time, the post description will show up. But when I try to google "how to make minus one", my blog name still appear instead of my post title... why? And, where is the right place to put meta tags?? Because if i put meta tags again below the problem might occur again. Please help me...

I don't know if this would be an issue, but you set the meta content as description AFTER the content itself:
<meta content='Features coolest, useful, fun websites, software,
freeware, games, and Youtube videos.' name='description'/>
When it is usually before and perhaps this IS the cause...
<meta name="description" content="Features coolest,
useful, fun websites, software, freeware, games, and Youtube videos." />
SIDE NOTE:
Another note about your site, which has been mentioned to you before. You declare a XHTML Strict doc type, but have 711 errors. I'm not sure why you would use a strict doc type and not bother to at least try and get it validated. I suppose it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things if you wouldn't get any doc type validated.
But even setting it to HTML 4 transitional reduces it to 152 Errors.

Ahh, do you think that's the cause? hmmmm, btw, where do you put your meta tag? is it just below ? DO you think I should put a meta tag in my blog or it will result to another problem again?
thanks for your reply Greg.. I really want to improve my blog..

As I said, I don't know if it's the cause of the problem, it was just a suggestion.
Looking at the site source code it could do with an overhaul, although I doubt you will get it much better using the blog site you do. As I suggested to you before, you really should think about getting your own domain name and paying for some cheap hosting.
Then you can start the code from fresh, have a decent HTML layout and setup and use external stylesheets instead of having mountains of code in your doc head.

Why not try installing the all in one seo pack and go through each post adjusting the tags.

Doing a site: search at google shows mixed results for your site. They probably just haven't crawled and updated all of your pages since you've made these changes.
You probably just need to wait a bit. Do you have a Webmaster Tools Account? Look in there for info about how often your site is crawled.

You just got to click through each link on the left and it tells you what each area and tool does. The diagnostics area tells you about any 404 (and other) errors, broken links etc.
And most areas also has a link to more info about that function/area/tool.
No-one knows all about anything when they first look at it or use it. You have to learn it, use it and figure out what it does and how it helps you.

Nice replay .. me have one problem.. my site is 8+ months older and working fine.. now since 3 days showing warning in webmaster tool that "missing title".
But the title exist on the URL and also m using same template for another pages.. all contains title tag.. but only showing error for it...
this is the URL "www.hostingthebest.com/review.asp?id=2"
Now the problem is only this page not in SERP.. before it was in second page....And all other pages are in SERP... found disappear while report the wrror warning in G-webmsaster tool
Appreciating for ur replay.. and expecting some suggestion for avoiding the error
