Hey tropic, be careful when searching for a host with a lot of space. Usually, hosts that provide impossible amounts of space are very unreliable and will shut you down as soon as you start using too much of their resources. Anyway, I use http://www.arvixe.com. They should have a plan for any amount of space you need. They are affordable plus reliable, great support too. Good luck  .

I'd just use free video hosting like youtube or google videos and take the load off your server.

You might get some extra traffic too if you use a watermark of your url in the video.

It also helps to title the video with good keywords etc...

anyways thats what I would do I worked with video for a long time sort of a hassle putting it on my domains.

You can also try fileburst.com for extra video hosting.

I agree with Jesse here. I wouldn't attempt to host video with a Web Hosting Provider for the same reason. In addition to that if you host with Google they are working on methods for SEO with Video. Be careful in choosing as I have heard many horror stories of problematic hosting companies.
