Front Page Form Submission Thank You

Hi Everyone

I have built my first fairly simple web site using FP. I have even got the form to email me the results. The problem I have is that when submitted I get a Form Submission Result page appear. Instead of this I want a thank you page in the same style as the rest of the web pages. I've gone to an awful lot of sites trying to find the script but alas to no avail. The site is quizmusic.co.uk. I would also like to get the customer details either central or at least in line with the tick box table if poss. I would appreciate any input as my daughter is now afraid of the red rims around the eyes caused by anexcessive amount of hours trying to solver this.
