does anyone know of a free forum, such as phpbb. That allows users to upload pictures or attachments not just link to another server? Or on the same note does anyone have a script that would allow this?

My favorite is the Invision Power Board http://www.invisionboard.com Make sure that you get a host that lets you run PHP with safe-mode OFF. My host wont let me and therefor image uploads are not possible.
