There are lots of places that do this. Just be careful about which one you choose. Most of them are very new and I've heard that some are not very well run. Getting a forum off to the right start is important so you don't want just anyone doing this for you.
You should change your signature so it actually links to th urls. Also, what forum are you referring to?
