On my site I have created two forms and when I tested them by pressing the Submit button I got this URL and the message that the URL couldn't be found.

http://cmcentral.neopages.net/index_files/--WEBBOT-SELF--

I have entered the e-mail address that I want it to be sent to and I cannot understand why it won't work.....do you guys know???

The URL for the form(s) is:

http://cmcentral.neopages.net/index_files/page0063.htm
http://cmcentral.neopages.net/index_files/page0062.htm

Thanks for your help!

Can I just ask where you got the code from for the form?

Probably because MP doesn't produce very good working code for the net. I'll have a look at it properly later on but you need to use either a form action that the hosting company provide or an external script.

Hi,

Basically with the form you have.. when you submit it is suppose to send the info to your email address. The letter goes through the email servers and whatnot... but these usually are not equipped to present the information properly.

The best way to use forms is by installing a script or using online sites that offers mail forms. However, if you choose to use your own format, in html, you may want to check out some tutorials by searching at someplace such as google.

Here is one to get you started.

In the end, scripts are usually the best way to go. You can look around at some place like http://www.hotscripts.com

I hope this helps you out. Smiling
