Flash e card
Hi I am not sure this is the correct section or indeed if it is within the remit of the forum.
I have just made a flash e card to wish clients merry Christmas and remind people I am still around.
I am having problems with how to e mail this swf to them.
Amy sugestions?
Many thanks.

I think it would be best to host the eCard somewhere and email people links to it.

You cannot embed a swf in an email -
You can host it somewhere, or perhaps upload it to YouTube (I think you would need to convert it to flv) - then link to that in an email.
You can embed a thumbnail as a linked image in an email, using mult-part mime.
In IE you can easily paste an image hosted on a web site in Yahoo Mail.
Another option would be converting the swf to animated GIF which could be embedded in the email - however many people turn off loading images in email.
