Existing pages "Not Found"
I'm having a wierd technical issue in the critique area. Since the problem is not actually related to the critique, I figured I'd ask over here.
I posted two links
http://www.carolinasoftball.net/
http://www.carolinasoftball.net/test/
"Can you view me now?" Most people posted that they receive a Can't Be Found error message. I don't doubt this to be true since so many people reported the same problem but I just don't understand why. I keep testing the links over and over again and always get my pages. I've also tested on three different computers and both IE and NS to make sure it wasn't a cache issue. Plus I have an "uptime monitor" service that hasn't reported any outages in weeks.
So what I gather is that the pages have always been there and available, but for some mysterious reason many people just aren't able to access them properly. (I've got no special webprotect, permissions, htaccess, or anything else that I don't even understand). Any guesses as to why? (Could it be my lack of a p3p?)
Thanks.

wow, it's totally timing out, hon.
Server not found for both of them.
This doesn't necessarily mean the server is down, but there is definitely server issues. Your host has a problem.

Well how about this. All of these sites below are on my account on the same server. Are you (anybody else too) having difficulties with those too? Once I've gathered some more info about the situation I'll may be able submit a support request to my host. It's like when you bring your car in to the shop but the mechanic doesn't see the problem, but has to trust your description.

pstvalumni.com
hampton-homes.net
Are there any problems with any of these URL's?
P.S. Thanks to everybody for your help

for now i can see all of your links. Is it possible that it's a newly configured domain sometime those can take up to 48 hours to be seeable by the world this will depend on the visitor service provider dns server.

Not in this case. The domain in question at the top of the thread has been active for a full year and has had thousands of visitors.

I can reach them all now. It's all or nothing, I'd imagine. You have timing out issues. Either there is a problem with your server, or with your server's connection to the web in one direction (i.e. the route I take is compromised, while the route you take is not) by a specific router. Get people to ping your sites doing a tracert when they aren't working and see what comes up.

I can't reach them and both DNS servers that you have listed for the domain are also unresponsive. It looks like your host is having some problems with their nameservers or someone is doing a DOS attack on them.
