so...there is a link in your Ebay listing to the 'stickyz' ?
sorry I may be having a dumb moment, but I don't exactly follow what your service provides?
when the ebay auction has ended, it's not listed in Ebay anymore. and unless you know the id number, or have a link in your ebay account from it either being a "watched" listing, you bought it, bid on it or are selling it you wont ever see it.
Sorry, you may be offereing something really good, I just don't quite follow what it is.
As for the emails and other stuff..wouldn't I just send another email saying "Sorry I forgot to mention"?

Interesting idea, can see how that would work, but to be honest, the first line on the page triggers something on me:
I signed up and tried it, and noticed that the link to the images are in the 40's, and seing that makes me wonder how did i get such a low number if you have already done thousands of sticky's already.
Now that being said, I guess I should let you know I'm the type that is oversensitive to that type of marketing and catching sites on things like that. Most people don't care. So please take my comments with that in mind.
Also, from a programming side I have some things that came to mind, if you'd like I'll PM them to you.
But the idea and functionality of the site are good.

Looks like it's a dynamic image that puts text on that sticky pic dynamically. I use a similar technique to create a dynamic signature that I use on various eBay forums. This shows the daily quote that's on the homepage of my website.
Also, I should note that if eBay wanted you editing your listing near or after the end, they would let you. Having crucial and binding listing information linked to an outside, changeable source is against their policies because you can chance your listing after a bidder has committed to purchasing it. I don't think you should advertise that in your sales pitch as it's promoting illegal activity on eBay.

Hi,
I would please ask that you do not visit this website. He has completely stolen the concept of my site + the name. My site is http://www.mysticky.net. If you do not believe me, ask him, and check the domain registration dates.
Thanks for understanding,
-Hecky.

Sorry, but that's too strong on accusation for anyone to believe without any kind of proof
I have had domain names I haven't used for years, if I suddenly steal another sites ideas and use one of my old domain names does that suddenly make the other person the cheat simply because my domain name has been registered to me for longer?
I'm not saying I do or don't believe you, but why should I simply believe you over him and not visit HIS website as you ask? YOU might have stolen HIS idea and YOU are being the baddie.
The other thing, there are multiple copies and alikes all over the internet, with hundreds of millions of websites it's pretty much impossible to have a unique idea or product that hasn't been done at least 100 times before.
Perhaps he thought of it before you and took him longer than you to have it complete?
see it from other people's point of view, we can't simply believe you. besides, a little competition is always good for the heart rate
