Is dreamweaver ultra dev different from DW? Does it take anything away? And can I still use all the Dw extensions on Ultra Dev?

I believe that you can still use DW the same. Having the ultra dev means that it has database functions.

Yep, as far as I know DW Ultradev is just the same as normal DW and has the same functions and extensions but just had the added database functionality.
