domain name search box

I am looking for a domain name search box to go on my site. I have looked into the one at Network Soultions/VeriSign and it has a bunch of complicated stuff that you have to sign up for.

It doesn't have to be one of those that you get paid when someone signs up for a domain name.

Any ideas appreciated.

It seems 000domains.com offers an affiliate program. Looked into that?
